Weekend Update

We had another wonderful weekend! Saturday, Jeremy had to work but when he got off he picked up the jeep from his mom and dads and brought it to our house. We loaded the boys car seats in it and lathered them up in sunscreen. We spent nearly 4 hours riding around Bulloch county. We stayed on dirt roads and quiet country two lanes. It was nice. Henry LOVES to ride in the jeep. Its probably his favorite thing to do. We took at pit stop out at the Baygall which is the family farm for Jeremy's moms side of the family. Its off of a dirt road that doesn't get traveled a whole lot. The house sits in the middle of the greenest grass lawn I've seen around here. We rode all around the fields behind the house first then pulled up in front of one of the old barns and parked. This would be the same barn we had our engagement pictures taken in front of. We had packed a cooler so we had a snack and let the boys play. Luke sat in the grass and played with the fallen magnolia leaves while Henry ran around laughing and asking "What's that?" every few seconds. It was so nice and peaceful out there! It was also sweet to hear Jeremy reminisce about going out there when he was a child. Eventually, we made our way back to the house where we grilled chicken for dinner. Sunday was a little bit of the same, rode the jeep some more, stopped by Wal Mart, did some yard work and just spent time together. It was pretty perfect as far as weekends go :)
